Neighbor Etiquette

Ok, so I am guessing that sanding at 8 o'clock at night is not very respectful to my neighbors but that seems to be the only time I have to work on the furniture. 

We live in a townhouse so we are connected to our neighbors. 

Not only am I worried about our neighbors but also our sleeping Angel who I pray sleeps through the night. 

I have to figure out a time to work. It's a little hard right now with A being so little. But I am determined to make this work!
